SomaSoul® Somatic Therapy is a healing practice that helps you experience the relationship between emotional and physical pain and bring understanding to your whole being.

We use contemplative practices like meditation and mindful movement, as well as expressive practices like drawing, and journaling to help you build awareness of your body and energy.

Join Terry Anthony, RSMT and Heather Bilotta, RSMT for a workshop to support you in befriending your physical, emotional, and spiritual body.
